We only accept transfers as cash. To transfer your Stocks & Shares ISA, you need to complete our online transfer form within your portal. Your provider will sell down your investments and transfer the proceeds to us as cash.
Please note that it’s important that you don’t withdraw cash from your Stocks & Shares ISA into your bank in order to move it to your Octopus Money Stocks & Shares ISA. This would result in the money losing its ISA status and any money you add into your ISA with us would be using this year’s ISA allowance.
Once the transfer is complete, your money will be invested in the same way as your other investments with Octopus Money.
