We believe that paying for investing should be simple, transparent and affordable.
You can always find a breakdown of all the fees and charges associated with your account when you login.
On the homepage, click on your ISA/GIA/SIPP summary. On your account detail page, you'll see three tabs at the top of the page: 'Portfolio', 'Transactions' and 'Costs'.
Select 'Costs' and you'll see a breakdown of all the fees associated with your account. Here's an example (although the fees associated with your account may differ from these):
Your fees explained:
- Platform fee – Covers all the digital tools that allow you to safely hold, access and track your investments online.
- Management fee – Covers the cost of actively managing your investments on your behalf.
- Advice fee – Covers any investing advice, financial planning or coaching that we provide you.
- Fund fee – Covers the ongoing charges set by the funds in your investment portfolio. To build our portfolios, we select a mix of low-cost funds from some of the world’s largest fund managers, including Blackrock, Vanguard, and Fidelity. These providers set the costs of their funds, so we don’t make any money on these fees – which range between 0.10% and 0.15%, depending on which portfolio you’re invested in.
- Total annual fee – Shows the total amount you can expect to pay over the next 12 months.
Our fees display based on what is in your account at that moment. Any changes to the amount in your investment or pensions account, will also be reflected in your fee breakdown.
