We sell investments once per day, so the amount you end up receiving might fluctuate slightly based on the market movements from the time you sent your withdrawal request to the time we perform the sell order.
When you request a withdrawal, the amount you request is only an estimate. The actual amount you receive could be more or less. This is because we need to sell investments from your portfolio to process your withdrawal.
Market fluctuations can cause the value of these investments to change. So, when we sell these assets, the final amount you get might slightly vary as it reflects the current market values at the time of withdrawal.
For a full withdrawal, we'll sell all the investments in your account and close it. If you're making a partial withdrawal (up to 95%), we'll sell a proportionate amount of assets across your portfolio. Our goal is to get as close to your requested amount as possible, within the constraints of the market's movements.
