All of our subcontractors are required to implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures, and we have a contract in place with each one to ensure compliance with GDPR.
Workplace Launch Communications
Where Octopus Money is being introduced at a company or organisation, we use the following subcontractors to process data:
- Google - Employee data is maintained in Google through products like Google Drive.
- Alchemer - To record responses from employees who wish to opt out of further communications from us.
- Customer.io - We use this service to send emails related to the launch of Octopus Money
All personal data in these services is stored and processed in the UK or EU only.
In order to enable your employees to book a meeting with us we use Calendy to arrange this.
In the event that we make any changes to this list of subcontractors, we will notify any employers using the contact details we have on file.
