If you need to cancel your direct debit with Octopus Money, you can do this directly through your bank.
Most banks allow this to be done through their online banking platform, but you can also visit a branch if needed.
Below are brief instructions for canceling direct debits online with some major banks.

Log in to your HSBC online banking account. Go to the "Manage" section and select "Direct Debits." Locate the direct debit for Octopus Money and follow the prompts to cancel it. |

Log in to your Barclays online banking. Click on "Payments" and then "Manage your payments." Select "Direct Debits" and choose the Octopus Money direct debit to cancel. |

Lloyds Bank |
Sign in to Lloyds online banking. Go to the "More actions" tab next to your account and select "Manage direct debits." Find the Octopus Money direct debit and choose the cancel option. |

Log in to NatWest online banking. Navigate to "Payments and transfers" and then "Manage direct debits." Choose the Octopus Money direct debit to cancel and confirm. |
