In some cases, an error/login issue can occur on the browser side, as it works behind the scenes to help show you a webpage, and all of the things on it.
Browsers keep a "cache" (a temporary storage file) of files and images for recently visited websites to avoid needing to download them every time you visit a page, to make your pages appear faster.
Sometimes, the browser needs to re-download these files to avoid page display issues.
