In your Octopus Money account you will find a Shared Documents section.
This allows you to download important documents relating to your service and add files securely for our support team to see.
There are 2 main instances where you may need to use the Shared Documents section:
- If you are signed up to 'Ongoing Advice' and have opened a Pension ISA or GIA with Octopus Money
- If you've been asked to upload a document via your Octopus Money portal by our support team
To access and upload or download your documents, follow the steps below:
2. Go to the dropdown menu next to your name in the top right corner
3. Select 'Documents'
4. To upload a new document, go to My Documents and then upload your document.
5. To download a document, go to Shared Documents and then download the document. by clicking the three horizontal lines next to the document name.
