Will I be paying more because of this change?
- No, the total fees you pay will remain exactly the same. While the advice fee is increasing from 0.55% to 0.75%, the platform fee is decreasing by the same amount - from 0.40% to 0.20%. This means the overall cost stays unchanged, but more of what you pay will go towards personalised advice and support, rather than platform administration.
What additional support will I receive from my digital adviser?
- Your digital adviser will now take on more aspects of your investment journey, including setting up accounts, submitting investment instructions, managing portfolio updates, and providing regular performance insights. This means you’ll receive a more hands-on and personalised service, with no increase in total fees.
Do I need to do anything to accept these changes?
- No, you don’t need to take any action. The changes will take effect automatically from 1 May. If you have any questions or concerns, you can always get in touch with us for more information.
What if I don’t want to continue with the updated service?
- You’re free to leave at any time, there are no exit fees or penalties. If you’d like to discuss your options, just email or call us, and we’ll be happy to help.
